  • Making square pixels become D1/DV PAL

    Hi!

I’m making a layered DVD menu and using photoshop.

I began making my main menu with square pixels and now realize that I of course need it to be D1/DV PAL. How do I change the aspect of my picture så that the background dont become so “fat” on a TV?

I should add that I have several layers, including text layers, that must stay as independent layers to be able to use them in DSP later on.

Hope for a quick reply, anyone?

    Emma,

Go to Image in the file menu and then go down to pixel aspect ratio and change it from square pixels to D1/DV PAL
    Good luck.

    Fritz
