making seaweed out of hair
i’d like to make some seaweed that’s grounded and underwater, so that it floats somewhat pointing upward, but is flowy with the tide.
i can get the look i want with Hair, but not the animation. it’s almost as if i need a very light wind force to keep the hair not just from standing up, but randomy sort of flowing
is there a parameter in the hair tag that will help make it not be so uniform?

add a Turbulence particle modifier maybe?
