Making an image appear to move in water or a drop of water.How?
I would like to take an image and have it say move like it is underwater and also
have a drop of water make an image wave away when it hits the water.
I am sure we are talking layers here or am I way off. Tried to figure this out but no luck.

You can create this type of effect using Get Color from Layer, it’s really just a variation on the Distintegrating a Person tutorial that you can look through here. You’re duplicating the image with particles, then moving them away to dissolve the image.
