How would I do the effect above at 8 seconds in where the still photo comes over the movie, where she says “all the time”. I can do it after the movie clip but it is coming in over black screen not over the movie. I want the still iage to descend over the movie as in that clip

Add new Track ABOVE Video Track and import Stills onto that. Using Track Motion to apply all the Motion you want!
