    Hi,
I’m animating 2D and I’ve stopped using keyframes because the tweening is too smooth and looks unnatural. Like say for moving a character’s arm up, instead of linear keyframes with 2 positions, I’ll just use holds and do 3-4 positions in between manually so it jumps between position. Is there an expression or way to cut frames in between linear keyframes so I don’t have to manually do this?
    Thanks in advance!

how about working in lower FPS so the animation won’t have that many frames to go from on keyframe to another?
you can even combine different frame rates as long as each are in a different composition and you have checked in the composition settings->advanced the “preserve frame rate” checkbox

Interesting, I didn’t know you could combine comps with different fps so that should work, thanks!
