make bright sources in leak light?
I am looking for a way to make the real light/bright sources in video to have a similar effect as leaking light. Is this possible in any way?

Seems lie it would be a simple matter of duplicating the footage, creating a matte for the brightness and put it on top of the original.

Even the basic ‘glow’ effect might be what you’re looking for. Set the threshold up into the 90s so that it only affects the brightest areas.
