  • Make 30i footage look like 24PA in After Effects…..

    Hello!

    I’ve filmed a show in Brasil, with 3 Panasonic DVX100A, 2 Sony HC1000 and 1 Panasonic GS400…

The images of the DVX100’s where shooted in 24PA, that gived us an incredible image…
The images of other cameras where good to, but not like 24P…

The fact is that I’m going to edit the show on an AVID, and get it into a DaVinci Tape-To-Tape
to correct the colors and do what a DaVinci Tape-To-Tape can do – “MAGIC”…

But, to get the money, I need to have a Teaser to find the sponsors…
and I need to find a way to match the images of the 30i footage
so they get the same “blur” and color of the 24P footage…

I’ll use Color Finesse to adjust the color and try some blurs in After…

But, does anyone here have tryed to make this kind of simulation yet?????

    Waitting for any help!!!

    Thanks

    Mario

    Hi,

You might want to check out Magic Bullet . That’s really what it was designed for (well one of the things anyway).

Hmm… an adjustment layer for the curves might help with getting the saturation and feel. but the only way I can think of transfering to 24p is Magic Bullet.
