Magnification in CS4

Your source video is likely larger in resolution than your Sequence setting and does not fit into the Program window.
One solution would be to right/click on the video in the timeline and choose “Scale to frame size”.
A better solution would be to set your Sequence settings to match your source video.
Use Premiere (File>Get Properties for…) to determine the Properties of your source video and let us know.
