MAGIX Vegas Pro 15 Crashes If I Take Multiple Snapshots While I Cut Video

Renato, the screenshot you posted earlier really doesn’t tell what happens when your Vegas crashes. Did you take the screenshot when Vegas had a screen freeze? What did you do to get out of Vegas and start again? Did you get a crash report?

The master window turns blue. Snapshots disappear. Minute markers become lines. (Minute markers dashed lines originally). Half of the Transitions, Project Media and Media Generators tab disappear. Sometimes I can close the window with the “x” button. Sometimes I have to use process manager and force quit. So I have to save the project after every action.
No, I don’t get crash report.
I reproduced again the crash. All media freeze. Only the audio works.
If I press enter audio is playing. If I press enter again audio stops.
It’s like the main window screen freezes but everything works in the background. I just can’t see it, just hear it.

Renato, please humor me and try this…..

I’m not familiar with Windows 10 (I use Win 7), but I think Windows 10 still has Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up the Task Manager, or maybe it is Shift+Ctrl+Esc keys. Try which ever of those work to get the Task Manager up. Don’t do anything in Task Manager, just close it up and return to Vegas to see if this releases the freeze.

I realized my system tray flashes before the crash. So I find a solution for flashing system tray and it seems to solve my vegas crash problem.
I have to uninstall the “feedback hub”.

And of course, feedback hub is only Win 10.
