    Hello:

I’m preparing the specs for a new PC editing system, and one of the things I want is realtime (or near-realtime) playback with Magic Bullet Denoiser III. From what I understand, with its new GPU acceleration this should be possible… as long as you have all the right pieces.

Red Giant’s page says that you need a video card (NVIDIA or AMD) that supports OpenCL 1.2. After doing some searching, I’ve found out that NVIDIA’s Windows drivers support OpenCL 1.2 since around 2015, so everything should be good with the card I’m planning to get, which would be a Geforce 1070 or 1080…

…And yet, I’d like to hear some first hand experiences from people actually using the stuff. So, has anyone here achieved realtime (or near) performance with Denoiser III? What are your system specs?

    Thanks.
