The SSD drive is running out of space so I will need to either add more at a shop that can help me with that or figure out what is taking up that space. All my photos and FCP X is on external drives.Imacs (i7), Canon C300, Canon 5D Mark IV, Panasonic ENG HPX250P, , FCP X, teach video production in L.A., Cool Light Productions, Producing series of multimedia Portraits of creative women in the production arts.

I have Catalina on my 2013 iMac with 24gb RAM and it’s working pretty well. It maybe has to think a fraction longer to do some things but nothing that’s bothersome. I’d expect your iMac should be fine.
