Today when I launched M100i, I got the warning…’Could not continue because the package DQMachOSerial cannot be found’. I get this warning everytime I try to turn on machine control. I reinstalled the Keyspan drivers. The DQ-TimeCoder is in the M100>Machine Control folder. Any ideas?

I have a twin serial adaptor and sometimes I plug the cable into port 2 instead of 1 or vice versa.

Its called the Keyspan Serial Assistant and I had checked it. Everything is as it should be. I trashed everything Keyspan related and reinstalled the drivers and plugged in my other adapter from my other M100. Still nothing. Both adapters work fine on the other system. I’m going to call Keyspan tech support.

I had a very similar problem… turned out to be a bad Keyspan. I returned it and got a new one… everything works fine now.

Its not the adapter because it works fine on my other system. Keyspan says it must be a M100 issue. I’m going to try reinstalling M100.
