I have rented a second P2 Store to use on a shoot. When I attach it to my powerbook G4 I get a prompt that says “the disk you inserted was not readable by this computer”. I have downloaded the driver and it is working fine with my other P2 store. This P2 store has been swithched to Mac from PC via the ABC button protocal. Any ideas or suggestions about what might be going on would be greatly appreciated. I am beginning a shoot tomorrow and I need the storage space. Thank You. AB

re-Run the formating sequence on the P2 store, then try loading it with a new P2.

Most likely it was still holding PC formated data on the HD even though it was switched into Mac connection mode.

To add to the other advice: note that P2 Store will not mount on the Mac OS if there is no data on it because there is no volume created in P2 Store. P2 Store has to have a volume or there is in fact nothing to mount, so the OS will report an unmountable disc. Just one of those little things you have to get used to.
