    Mac and Pc compatibility

    Hello,

    I have been asked to take on a feature that has until now been edited on a PC with AVID, I am not sure which version. I have a Mac G5 and am wondering if I install AVID will I be able to open the project with a MAC version?

    Most likely, yes. Can you get any more details for us? What version they’re using, what type of media (P2, XDCam, SD, resolution, 720, 1080?), and what version of Avid you’ll be running?
