I am getting bad levels on track 2, 10 db lower than the left track. I checked all my settings, swapped decks
seems like something might be wrong with my card, diode or capacitor problem.
Any suggestions? Hate to retire this antique. Was thinking of having my camera tech replace caps and diodes.

This is more likely to be a problem with your BOB. I had the same issue with one I bought second hand. Basically one of the audio connections had broken off inside the box causing that channel to be unbalanced. A quick blast with the soldering iron did the job.

    Kieren:

I will check it out. Not sure, because I was getting this problem going in balanced and unbalanced, and also through DV.
    Thank you.

Does the Media 100 test program show anything unusual? Also have you checked the ribbon connector that links the DV card with the P6000?
