    Long time since I have been here.

    I have a graphics guy that I send M100 files to and his codec does not work. Where are the codecs on the Media100 support page.

    The output was from a 11.5 system.

    Hi,

    Did you export using the new codec or the older M100i one? The new codec needs at least Producer installer to work.

    The legacy ones can still be found at the Media 100 site.

    You might have to reexport to another codec for your graphics.

    But I just bought a upgrade so that should handle it.
