Adding a simple lower third created in AE on top of a color graded interview is turning off Lumetri Color of the interview.
This happens on some clips and not on others even though all have been trans-coded to the same codec/fr/ect.

It is not a layer issue on the lower third as I have readjusted its size in PP and it negates the entire Interview frames color.

Anybody else have this happen to them? Any fixes?

    Cheers.

    Ahh, CC 2018.

Best bet may be to take your lumetri footage without supers or anything else, render to a lossless intermediate to “bake in” the color correct, then use the intermediate in your edit and add your lower third elements problem-free.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.

Hey! What a great simple idea, I’ll follow up with how it turns out.
    Thanks for your response.

UPDATE: Did a “bake-in” process and that worked like a charm, must be something going on with PP 2018, or my sequence.
