  luma and saturation alerts on FCP X titles – how to adjust?

  I’ve created basic titles in FCP X that use pink letters (RGB: 250, 59, 227; Hex: FA3BE3) on a black background.

  When I run the range check filters, I get both luma and saturation alerts in the black background area at the edge of the letters. (see attached screenshots – first is saturation, second is luma)

  I applied the broadcast safe filter to the titles but still get the alerts.

  Is this a real problem? If so, can anyone recommend a fix?
