take off the pre-rendered function on premiere – that fixed the problem for me – just discovered it. its the little bar on the left – just underneath the timecode for your shots – little box with a line of colours on it. premiere might go funny when you initially click on it – so save everything first – click it – reset it then it’s good to go –
