Lost Serial #
In my disorganized state, I have misplaced my serial # for FCP. I threw away some preference files and now it is asking for the serial # for startup. Where can I find it?

On the paperwork that came with your manual.

Call Apple. If you ‘have proof you own FCP, they can get your your serial number.
