Lost Sequence on Final Cut Stuido
Final Cut Studio Froze up and I had to Force Quit. I had a sequence that was almost done, and when I re-opened final cut studio opened up the project, then the sequence, the sequence was there, but reverted back nearly 2 weeks to a time when it was less than half completed.
I’m wondering if there is any way to recover my lost sequence. I know it was saved and up to date when final cut froze.

You haven’t saved your project in two weeks?
If you have AutoSave running, you can just go into that and it will open up the version from the last time it autosaved.
