Lost Render Files
After taking a night off from a project, I went back to it today and foudn it had lost all my render files. Despite the fact that the program preferences still point to the same render folder, everything still has a red line over it forcing me to re-render…
This is taking 4 hours.. Any help?

Did you shut down the application? What version of the software is this?

I think I figured it out; i had set the sequence to render last night using H264. This apparently changed the sequence and that’s why FCP couldn’t find the renders; I have changed back to DVC NTSC and despite not finding the renders it at least allows me to change from ‘safe’ to ‘unlimited’….
