  • Lost link to AMA File when changing editing Station

    Hi,

I started working on a project with Media Composer 6 on a Mac with Lion and Nitris DX hardware than I moved it to a Mac with Snow Leopard and Kona LHe hardware. All files were shot with Alexa and linked with “link to AMA file”. When I first opened the project file it lost (obviously) all the links so I relinked it and all worked good. After a coffe break, when i got back to the station, all media were offline. I relinked all media, saved the project and all worked fine. This morning everything was still offline. I know for sure that’s not a station related problem as all other projects work fine.

    Can you please help me?

    Thanks,

    F.S

    Hi Francesco –

Our engineering team has been trying to get a reproducible case here. Can you please send a copy of the bin when the media is offline, and another copy of the bin after you get that same media back online? you can email me at robert.damico@avid.com

    Thanks and best regards,
    Rob
