  Loss of “Space” with text tool

  Here is a strange one, on Premiere CC, I’ve lost the ability to insert a “space” (space bar) using the text tool. Happens on all projects, works OK opening the same project on a different computer. Existing spaces still exist and I can copy/paste them where needed, but pressing the space bar does not add a space any more.

  Ideas?
