  Loss of Keyframe control

  I’m floating two objects over live footage. I’m using Picture-In-Picture to achieve this, keyframing as I go, but there’s a point, and this happened in regular motion tracking where I cannot move the object. It’s in a dead-zone. I can frame after a second or two of this loss of control but I simply cannot move the object to where I want it to be. Is anybody experiencing this problem? (Below is a still frame)
