Loopout offset does not exist?

Trying to do something very simple and I’ve been getting this error. I think I may have deleted something I shouldn’t have within an adobe folder or something along those lines? Any idea how to fix this?

Oh sorry. It say:
Error: property or method named ‘offset’ in Class ‘global’ is missing or does not exist. It may have been renamed, moved, deleted, or the name may have been mistyped
You must add a double quotation :
loopOut(“offset”)
