Looking to know if files were imported or not into fcut
Hi,
I’m working on a project as editor, this project which was started by another editor contains hundreds and hundreds of files (video, sound, pictures…). My problem is I’m not sure the previous editor had imported ALL the footage and files.
Is there a way, from Final Cut Pro, to know which files have been imported or not from a hard drive?

Not without looking at the files manually. I don’t think ANY NLE can tell you if files on the hard drive are or are not in the project. How would it do that?
You either have to trust him, or look at all the footage and compare.
