Looking to get this old film effect (scratches/hairs/dust etc)
Hi, i’ve had a look at this clip (below) and particularly like the black hairs/dust. I usually use final cut pro, whats the best plugin for this effect? I have used magic bullet misfire and while the scratches are good, the dust effect is pretty naff. What plugin might this video be using?

ah yes, goes seem very similar. Looks like it costs about $1500 to get that plug in though! Any cheaper options??
