  Looking to BUY Mac Pro, RAM, AJA LHi, Production Monitor, Speakers, Keyboards…

  Hello,

  I’m looking to do some buying starting on Friday, 12/16/11 and ending on 12/31/11.

  Specifically, I am looking to buy new/newer equipment to replace in my older edit suite in order to best run Final Cut Studio 3, Adobe Production Premium CS5.5 and Avid Media Composer 6. I already own all of these titles plus some other software and equipment that I can re-use.

  Here is what I am looking to buy:
  – Mac Pro 8-core (2010)
  – Mac Pro 8-core (2010) RAM (12gb to 32gb)
  – AJA LHi (for HD use with UVW-1800 Beta-SP and all three software)
  – G-Tech ES Pro (8tb) with Atto R680 Mini-SAS card
  – eSata card
  – Sony LMD-2110W HDMI & analog production monitor
  – Genelic 8020A speakers
  – Avid keyboard
  – Premier keyboard

  Since I’m buying all of these out of my own pocket, of course I’m looking for the best prices and would even consider used or other pieces of equipment.

  Any buying advice at all is greatly appreciated – thank you!
