  Looking to build a stable Decklink system

  Hi,

  I’m currently having problems with my workstation (probably not related to the Decklink card) and I’m seriously thinking about changing the whole system.

  For those of you that enjoy a stable system, could you please post your specific configuration ?

  Regarding my problem :

  I have a Tyan S2895 (certified) motherboard with two dualcore Opterons, 4 GB of RAM, an Areca SATA raid card, and an Nvidia 7800GTX graphics card. The Decklink card is a PCI-X Pro version.

  I’m having trouble with the graphics card. Sometimes, when I power up my system, the GFX card isn’t working properly. Windows XP loads some kind of default video driver and tells me that the device cannot start. I’ve tried replacing the gfx card with several others (nvidia and ati) with no succes.
