Looking for specs on a Mac Book Pro for FCP
I mainly edit on PCs so I don’t know as much about Macs, but I’m looking to change that. I would like to setup an FCP system on a Mac Book that can handle simple DV editing. This will only be used when travelling or when my other system is tied up and I need to do something quickly. I have a PC laptop setup that I do this with now and it would be nice to have both.
I’d like to get some info from people more knowledgable about Apple hardware than I am. What would you consider the minimum requirements t be for setting a system that will be suitable for simple editing?
