  Looking for simple, standard release/agreement for cameraman

  Hi

  A friend was cameraman on a couple shots used in a recent short film I made.

  Is there a simple, standard release/agreement/contract we can use?

  Something that says I own whatever he shot (it was on my camera and I have the footage) and he has received compensation.
