looking for noob tutorial on ingesting into unity server
hi there
i have a job offer as “tape ingester” if that is the correct term for it i only need to know how to load digibeta xdcam and minidv into a avid unity server. is there a “noobs” guide out there that anyone here knows about?

If all you are doing is ingesting, its pretty simple. Open the Unity bin you are going to digitize to, and go to town. Managing a Unity is another beast altogether.

I should also add you need to select the Unity drives in the digitize tool….
