    as per this thread,
    https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/30/857077?

I need to playout audio synced at 24 to a 23.976 tape. Unfortunately I can’t seem to find a realtime on the fly solution so am now looking for a software solution (unfortunately protools is not an option).

I am able to export an AAF with embedded audio out of the AVID and am looking for something that will allow me to import the AAF, convert it to 23.976 and then export back to AAF so I can load it into a Avid 23.976 project so it is ready for layback.

I’ve been told that another option is to change the sample rate of the audio files to 48048hz (without changing the duration) would also work if it could also relabel the data to 23.976 so that you could import it into a 23.976 project…

anyway, hope that all makes sense. Any help would be very much appreciated.
