Looking for a glarly effect seen on snowboard/surf movies!

Film flash. Overexposure of frames when the camera stops and starts causes a shift in color and brightness. Off the top of my head (assuming you don’t want to spend the $$$ to license the footage from someone like Artbeats) you could probably fake it with color overlays and a glow effect.

It looks like they just threw a red layer on tip of the video and dropped it’s opacity way down. Pick the right blending mode (multiply?) and it should exaggerate the highlights making them glow.

There’s a filter in the glow folder called overdrive. Play around with the parameters and you should be able to get something like that.
