I am using cs6 on windows. I have over 100 timelapse videos to process. My workflow is time consuming. I am looking for a better way.

This is what I usually do:

    – copy images into different folders (01, 02, 03 etc..)
    – for each folder, import images as a sequence into premiere
    – change frame rate from 30 to 24
    – drag imported image sequence and export as a video

Is there a way to import images frome ach folder as a sequence in a few click, without repeating the process for each folder? Is there a way to change frame rate for all image sequences to 24?
