Look at Camera expression similar to C4D
I have this “galaxy” setup in After effects. Each sphere is a precomp where I control the texture and lighting source. Each ring of spheres is parented to a null and they are all 3D shape layers. The camera is parented to a null at the center of the galaxy. Each instance of the sphere is a single precomp. When I use auto-orient to the camera, it throws off the directionality of each precomp by causing the rotation to vary. Is there an expression I can use to lock down these spheres so they stay perpendicular while facing camera?
