  long scrolling sequence

  I wasn’t sure how to properly word the subject. I’m working on an animated sequence for the web. the total width of the overall image is 5000px, but the viewable area is 1000px. basically, everything moves to the left (think mario bros) until it gets to the end where the logo is sitting and along the way there are various little animation/fx going on.

  my question: is there an easy way to do this w/out getting jumbled up in layer and overall movie structure? as of now, it’s giving me a challenge to create all of the individual fx (e.g. text fading in) on a 1000px space when the overall is 5000px and I have to keep track of timing as well.

  eek!

  it’s giving me a headache and I’m on a tight deadline, so if anyone can help that’d be great.
