  Long Clip Capture Woes

  We are attempting to digitize audio splits from DA-88 into Final Cut Studio. This is the first time we have tried capturing 8 tracks simultaneously. The tapes are 2 hours long. We log the clips for the entire length and then do a Batch capture. For some reason, Final Cut is only capturing the first hour of the tape, and then just stops on it’s own. No errors, it just think it is done. We have turned off any limitations in the system settings, even though these are normally for “capture now.”
