I need recommendations for places to rent Diva400s, C-stands and tripod in London. May need to purchase ND rolls too. I need a reputable place that delivers to job site.

I’ve hired a 4 bank Kino from Shoot Blue before, they might have Diva’s in stock. You could also try Kitroom Monkey as they seem to stock everything i’ve ever looked for. both are reputable companies.
