Logo is not crisp!
Hello,
I am brand new to Premier. I am working on some digital signage content. It is still image with some After Effects titles brought in. I want our company’s logo in the bottom corner. The logo is not crisp. It looks a little fuzzy when I drop it into Premier. I have used an Illustrator file and a Photoshop file. Both are 300 dpi. My still image is beautiful but not my logo. Any suggestions? The format that I am using to export is H.264. Do you think this is how I am exporting it since the logo looks great in other softwares? Help! It is driving me crazy that I can’t figure this out:)

you’ll either need a much larger bitrate for h.264 (vbr target, maximum) or another codec choice like DnxHD or Prores 422.
also, if you have 10 bit gradients, those will go bye bye with any 8 bit export. And, as far as I know, adobe doesn’t support 10 bit h.264, you’d have to use another program for that like handbrake’s profile at main 10 for 10 bit
or.. a DNxHR HQX(12bit) or Prores 422 HQ(10 bit)

DPI means nothing in video. it’s all about PIXEL DIMENSIONS. Something 4000×3000 pixels, 72DPI (72 is the video default) will look much crisper than 400×300 at 300DPI.

Yep, this. You’re not printing so you should use your image pixel for pixel.
