Logging 32K?
I have some tapes from a client that when played back in my dvx100 vcr mode, says the tapes are at 32K. I am unable to get these tapes to log, and this is the only diffference I can tell from my normal logging steps. Sometimes when I log “NOW” I can get a few seconds logged before the error messages come up, but that’s the extent of it. I am successfully logging another tape right now that is at 48K. Any ideas for how to resolve this?

Create a new capture preset for 32K audio

If you’re getting an error during logging, post the error. If you’re getting it after the clip captures, do what Paul says. You can still mix 32k and 48k audio on a 48k timeline.
