Log Processing under settings gone (shows up for some clips but not all???)
We all know Log Processing is in the inspector under Settings if you select a clip. It shows up exactly where it should for SOME of my clips. For other clips I am looking at EXACTLY the same place and it won’t show up. I don’t get why. I have already toggled between proxies and original but some clips just don’t have the Log Processing feature that FCPX comes with. Is this a bug and what is going on?
In before: Buy the LUT Utility. I know it’s great. I just want to know whats going on with FCPX here.

It’s all 4K Red Footage. I have found the solution now (which I don’t really understand but I will leave it here in case anybody runs into this problem and is looking for a solution online): I can select some clips in the time line and I will get the log procession settings. Other clips in the time line don’t have the log processing- it just doesn’t show up. Solution: Shift + F = find the clip in your browser and select it in the browser. Once the clip is selected in the browser I will have log settings.

Did you preprocess the clips at all? Sync audio, transcode, etc, anything via fcpxml?
