I’m attempting to use the log and transfer function with clips from a Focus ProHD DR-HD100. Every time I attempt to log and transfer the clips, it tells me the folder where my clips are “contains unsupported media or has an invalid directory structure.” These files are quicktime dv files. What am I doing wrong here?

    Info on the files:
    720×480
    Codecs:dv/dvcpro-ntsc
    integer (big endian)

Try log and capture. Log and Transfer is for Panasonic HD files, thus your DV files are unsupported.

If the source is QT files just try to Import the files. You don’t need to transfer or capture. You may need to copy the files to your external capture scratch drive before importing them.
