Log and transfer
I am looking at two computers, and iMac and a Powerbook Pro. Using the same version of FCP I can log and transfer with the iMac but with the laptop I get an error message that the file structure is unsupported. The footage is from an EX1 and the BPAV folder has not been touched. Any ideas would be appreciated. The settings are identical on the two computers. Thanks

Did you install the XDCAM log and transfer plugin for FCP on the laptop? Need to.
