  log and capture problems

  When I play back in log and capture there is sound but no image.
  just Bars and it says preview disabled. When I tried to capture audio I needed it cued to the start of the logged clip, but played way past the the out mark. Tried turning everything off looked around system and user preferences couldn’t find anything. Never had a problem before. Using Panasonic HDX 100 camera as deck.
