Sounds like you have the preference enabled to make a new clip every time there is a time code break. Perhaps you have that on and its stopping after each camera pause. You may also have your System Settings “Limit Capture Now” set to a certain length in the Scratch Disks tab. Also check to see if you’ve constrained to a certain file size or are running out of scratch disk space. Just a few thoughts based on the general info you’ve posted.
