locking word?
Hi

if you see this video from 0:14 – 0:19
you can see the the word is locked in place while the camera moves aroundI would like to know
how do I the that? -

That’s done with Motion Tracking software specifically a Planar Tracker, which Vegas Pro doesn’t have. That particular one was done with perspective tracking turned on so that the perspective of the word changes with the camera movement. You could do that with Mocha Pro or if you have a Mac and use Final Cut Pro X you could do this very easily with a $99 plug-in called Track-X.
The only motion tracker that you can buy for Vegas Pro would be Boris Continuum Complete Match Move but it doesn’t do perspective tracking so you can’t get the text to turn in 3D space with the camera. It will, however, track text in 2D space as seen in my Boris TV Episode on Match Move:
