Locking items / layers in other clips
I wanted to ask if there is a way in Vegas To lock a layer to a specific position in another clip. For example, If I have a moving camera, But I want a question mark to pop up above a subjects head, How can I lock that question mark above the subjects head, Even if the camera is moving? Cause atm, The question mark moves with the camera, Rather than sit at the specified point.

Vegas has no built-in tracking tool so you’ll have to use keyframes on the question mark to move it around with the camera.
