Lock background image to foreground
Took free hand video of ocean with some rocks–keyed out sky and added sky with large moon in background Looks great till camera shakes or moves then the background looks fake. can you lock the background to match the shaking or zooming of foreground??

If you have CS6, and camera motion is minimal in scene, you could try the Warp Stabilizer effect, set to NO MOTION. This can provide a rock-steady video, onto which you could then overlay your sky/background.
Otherwise this is a job for a motion tracker as Ann suggested
